Who we are

The Corporate Clarity Institute (CCI) provides workplace coaching and leadership development. For questions about this policy or a request concerning your personal information, contact info.corporateclarity@gmail.com.

Information you choose to share

When you contact CCI or request a discovery conversation, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred time and any optional message you choose to send. Newsletter sign-ups collect an email address. We do not ask for your employer’s name on website forms.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to reply to your enquiry, arrange a conversation, respond to a proposal request or send Clarity Notes if you subscribe. We do not use enquiry details for marketing unless you have chosen to subscribe.

Confidentiality and sharing

CCI does not discuss a client’s workplace situation with their employer. Website information is not sold. We may use service providers needed to host the website or deliver a message, and we expect those providers to protect the information they handle.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as it is needed to respond, provide the requested service, maintain necessary records or meet legal obligations. You may contact us to ask about information you have submitted.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or unsubscribe from Clarity Notes. CCI aims to handle personal data in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019. You can contact us at the email above with a privacy request.

This version of the website does not intentionally use advertising cookies. If analytics or booking services are added, this policy should be updated to explain what they collect and how they are used.
